Oh it’s TREX by a mile. Every all hands makes it more obvious. Like dangerously clueless. That’s why they left BNY before they got caught out.
@bm Glad to know it’s not just the offshore team I work with. We tell them things probably 20x and they still don’t get it. If I was incompetent as they are and made as many mistakes I’m confident I would’ve been let go long ago. Not sure what it takes to get rid of them.

ITSO filled with its very self-important and pompous managers, directors and executives. God should give them lessons in life to treat their fellow humans better and learn not to be pompous. God should give them lessons in life with same treatment they give people working under them. It’s time for pay/off. They show two faces one to their higher ups and a totally different face to people who work under them. Bonus and pay rise joggers hogging all the profits for themselves. People are overworked with constant fire drills with demand for data and reports on short notice with whimsical I want it now. Have to be on their beck and call constantly working overtime. They don’t have any planning and on spot demanding and when we provide them with the data it no longer becomes important and something else replaces in their demand. They don’t recognize hard work and take everything for granted as if they are almighty themselves. There used to be really good managers who protected their teams but had been laid off. God bless them wherever they are now.

Your job and boss is so horrible, yet there you are, showing back up every day because you don't have the drive or skills to do otherwise.
All of back office Operations for Wells Fargo Advisors that has been moved offshore. They make a million mistakes and don't understand your questions. They kick things back to you that were never wrong in the first place.
