…after completing the GES, employees cannot go back and look at the results from previous years surveys. In fact, only Managers can access it…but only after requesting permission to do so.

Reserved Parking
I think it’s time we revisit who owns reserved parking spaces - too many open and not enough general spots
GN&T Call
Complete horse$#!t so far.
Conscious culture
This training is always the derpiest of setups. Flowchart to see what training you do? Must be in training for 75 minutes? Nanny-culture
Laid off six months in
I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong.
What I see every day
I'm not a complainer, I'm really not. But look around. Deadlines get missed constantly and nobody says anything. People used to help each other, now they hide from each other. And I've watched two different managers bend rules that I know are there for a reason. CDW isn't just struggling. It's losing what made it functional.

Why does iOS 26 S_U_C_K ?
It's a perfect example of what's wrong with Apple, all they do is make these worthless cosmetic changes ( like this stupid liquid glass cr-p that makes it hard to read the screen) that add zero value or functionality for the user, all iOS 26 does is drain the battery faster. Time to switch to android.
Coming Soon!!! Managers to receive IM ratings if negative survey results
Have a friend and former coworker that works in HR and was just assigned to a new project - from everything they've heard, Managers will begin receiving Inconsistently Meets (or worse) ratings if survey scores are down. Thy're trying to see where the boundary line should be, but its going to start close to small team leads and upward to Director. This incudes participation numbers AND overall engagement scores. Good news is that trending #s from prior surveys will be considered however i doubt that is going to help considering how messed up everything is around here!!!
Chainsaw cometh. we've been warned
Employee Survey
No one has any faith in the employee survey. No actions are going to come from it.
Peakon comments
"Don't leave negative comments because the message that sends is the employees aren't happy anyway might as well make them come back in 5 days a week" -an excerpt from a meeting with my manager
Leave negative comments, it pi---s them off
8 Hours, What Did You Think They’d Say
Why even ask this question and upvote it, what did you think they’d say, 4 hours? The real question was are they tracking hours in order for it to count as an office day.
Town Hall
Oooooh, they went for the talk show format! Cringe-worthy.
Talk to your manager about comp
“What can I do to improve, boss? “ asks a remote employee.
“Well, I have nothing for you. Move to a hub and that should solve the comp issue.”
Elcio...
What a tool
Just to check
We're certain it's done, right?
Career graveyard
Come to Intel if you want your career to flatline. That's what happens these days.
Employee survey
Did everyone take their 10 minute survey and let management know how swell everything's going? Love the continous gaslighting from 1st level management to cull the remaining workforce that they could not get rid of. Lumen, the AI informers, were forced into another contract to get the NetCo sale pushed through regulatory approvals. They will use the remaining workforce, for the next 3 yrs, until they quit, die, retire or shut the lights off on themselves! Oh, and there will be layoffs along the way. They are not marketing, offering any NEW product and all of a sudden care about the "few" customers out there that really need us... yet talk about strategic abandonment based on Financials that we do not even have a grasp of yet! But let's go everybody, why are you not excited with the New GCO org and all the great things were planning? Silly Lumen, you gave away all your influenced employees with the recent sale, now your left with the seasoned veterans... let the games begin
Just another boring beat!
They sell us tones of BS.
AI. AI. AI. …..
Let's have some levity
For those who worked through the late 1990, what's one thing you're glad younger folks won't have to put up with?
I remember printing out hundreds of pages just to review a document and having to track changes by hand with a pen. The paper cuts alone were brutal. What other dinosaur era work habits are you happy died off?
LinkedIn is exhausting
I had to reactivate my account because recruiters kept asking for it, but the constant posts about nights out, people partying with coworkers, and random personal photos feel so unprofessional. Does anyone actually use this platform to help others find real work? It feels more like a social feed than a job tool most days.
The Blue pulse survey
Is the blue pulse truly anonymous?
Lets say they get all 0’s for most ratings, do they listen more to that feedback or off with her head?
PAC emails
Can we stop with the PAC emails? Unless they are advocating changing laws for fewer layoffs.
Thoughts on CEO All Hands
What is everyone's thoughts on today's Town Hall?
I don't understand why people complain so much
Compared to other companies, our layoffs are both smaller and not as frequent.
Too much talking
We spend a lot of time discussing what needs to be done. Then we discuss it again. And again. Meanwhile, the actual work barely moves. When did we turn into a company where every single thing has to be discussed into oblivion before anything can be done?
Why is is so hard to admit something isn't working?
There are things that clearly aren’t working, but no one says it directly. Instead, we just keep adjusting around them. It feels like everyone sees it, but no one wants to be the one to call it out. So it just continues. Because that's so much better and productive than actually fixing the issue, right?
Read your damn documents!
I know this is not layoffs related, but it's been bugging more and more since it's slowing me down and it might affect my future here. We send out docs ahead of time for every single meeting, but it’s obvious no one reads them. Then the meeting turns into reading the doc out loud and re-explaining everything. I don’t understand why we even bother sending materials in advance at this point. It's slowing down the meeting, everything takes longer, and I have less time to do my actual job. How hard is it to get to a meeting prepared??
I stopped providing feedback
EM takes action the way a broken vending machine takes your money. You put something in, you hear a noise, and absolutely nothing comes out.
Listening? Reading?
I wonder how many in leadership positions read these topics and comments? Maybe they ignore it all as just annoying noise.
Can we please be done with town halls already?
Such a waste of time. The only measurable outcome is my rising blood pressure.
DEI
Do you remember when we were sent a book by ibram x kendi and ask to read it. And we had DEI meetings discussing pronouns and such? What a bunch of garbage that was.
HRC Townhall today
Could Elcio have been more of a condescending a-s? I am just so done with him, he doesn’t listen. He is completely tone deaf. Anyone else?
Voice of Associate
In my opinion, VoA is a circus. If BD really wanted honest feedback, this platform has more than what needed for diagnosis of the issues. Do you expect anything to change with that survey or is it just to warm some “leader’s” pocket?
70% completed Survey!!
All I ask is why? why are people still completing this and participating in this pompous management scheme? They don’t care about employees so why are you still participating in their bull cr-p? All it does is placing a target on your back to be RIF’d next.
Schwab su-ks
Record client growth and growing at rapid pace? But you lay people off and cut costs on benefits…. Cool.
Swearing Executives
I really like the man but I do not think having our executives swearing in employee forums is classy. I actually find it offensive. On a construction site fine but I expect more from our executives.
