This place was supposed to be different. It WAS different. This is not normal here, but now that we have opened this can of worms it is just another thing we can do to boost Penny’s pay, to add GPs from other firms, to add a new ELT member.

Leader here: Just giving you a heads up, Cisco ELT decided to split this year's raise/promo budget in half.
This Merit is terrible for everyone (except ELT ofcourse). I'm rying to give a “critical to retain” a small % increase and it dropped my budget next to nothing for the others.
Sorry guys but it's going to be a lot of disappointment, you're getting near to nothing in this reward cycle, dont get angry at us (your managers), Cisco ELT is sc--wing you.
Mind you, ELT compensation and stock price is/was at an all time high...

It’s time for the lazy incompetent AE’s and the Service Sales Executive in the UK&I who have been hiding behind the promise of sales on large accounts to go.
They have been BANKING on being shielded by the sheer fact that they have ownership of the largest opportunities. No real strategy just sheer luck which they feel warrants them to be deemed the best. This has been enough to protect them. Historically these wins have been not because of them but merely because the clients had not other option but to renew.
We in the UK and EMEA are losing talented resources because of the incompetence of these people.
Time to take action now ELT (RP & MH) before it’s too late.
#OP I'm assuming you are internal to Cisco and not affected by the LR?? Have you ever been affected by an LR?? or one this badly managed based on lies and BS this close to Christmas as the sole breadwinner while sitting through endless crapppy all hands where ELT and SLT parade around their plans for the holidays and say how proud they are and blah blah blah?
Either way #OP - crawl back under your rock and #ELT how about you start delivering on the much talked about transparency and just be fk1ng honest for once rather than waiting for the EPS to peak so you can dump your shares and strike rich off of the backs of all these good people you are culling. you lot in your ivory towers make me sick
