Nobody should expect any communication at this point from anybody in O leadership, This was a clear decision on their part to go silent.
#OP, why leave or take the package if you can do the job with your eyes closed. It seems it would be the opposite and coast through many more years.
I would think they appreciate you since they have been paying you for 20yrs.
I personally have been here 25 yrs, and I do appreciate what vz pays me well and I to can do my job that they pay me for, so will stick around and collect the good $$ for a bit longer.
