When the induvidual lease is up give the option to buy it or turn it in. Then Follett can save money on insurance and hundreds of leased cars. They have gotten a free ride ling enough. Use the savings to to pay us and the vendors.

Does Follett give severance pay if you are cut lose ? Does anyone know what we could potentially get ? Is it a percentage or a flat amount ?? Asking for a friend....... lol

What are the reasons and implications of this? This sounds super sketchy to me. I'm sure they'll tell us it's to "take the burden off SMs" or some BS like that, but knowing Follett, I feel like there are more nefarious reasons.
