This is just one in a series of serious flaws that are very frustrating and not good for our own customers:
Thanks to the ridiculous online order system, we cut orders for books, only to ship them to other stores a day later, and have little left for our own customers.
I absolutely agree with the person who wrote this on +18ZVwqN7. The system is more than ridiculous and I wonder if they will ever recognize this as a problem?
