This is just one in a series of serious flaws that are very frustrating and not good for our own customers:

Thanks to the ridiculous online order system, we cut orders for books, only to ship them to other stores a day later, and have little left for our own customers.

I absolutely agree with the person who wrote this on +18ZVwqN7. The system is more than ridiculous and I wonder if they will ever recognize this as a problem?

I don't have the time or the staff to be fulfilling and shipping other store's orders. Can't even keep up with my own store's orders. Allowed one part time person to help during rush. Normally we have 4-6. And no one at home office cares. Literally the worst job I've ever had.

No, home office won't acknowledge any issues on their end. I don't know if you have heard, eFollett
has record sales during the pandemic. Even though overall sales are down 25%.
