Are any part-time people eligible or is it strictly full-timers?

Severance isn't granted to anyone automatically. I know of 20+ year veterans who were simply run out without a dime in severance. follett hired lawyers to fight severance claims rather than pay them. Even when it was offered, it was 1 week's pay for every 2 years in service. Don't count on or assume severance no matter your status or seniority.
follett is a terrible company. THe greatest risk to your career or retirement is to stay at follett.
I've never know part time positions to be eligible for severance pay anywhere.
I know this might sound like a stupid question but it doesn't hurt to ask.
