AK is at it again bringing in multiple groups of consultants to work on software projects. every project done by consultants before has been a DISASTER. any chance it will go right this time around?? are we training our replacements??

You only wait two weeks for your support requests? I have multiple open from before Thanksgiving without even a hint that a competent human has looked at them. JC assures me every week that it’ll get taken care of this week, for the past 8+ weeks.
All AK cares about is raising India’s employment rate. His home country. Check out the outsourcing companies HE had chosen we use... all India based. All with leadership from India.
No offense to their country, citizens, or employees, but clearly the money is going to AKs ties and wishes and not what’s best for the company.
And sad to know that if you disagree, you’ll be canned. (We miss you GG and RF)
We wait two weeks or more for a computer help desk request. Save money on help desk but people cannot do our jobs waiting. Unless a customer is down or a director intervenes you sit and wait. Off shore help desk working so great TL is tripling down on failure.
They used to use McKenzie consulting to blame for RIF, did they become too expensive?
Yes! Follett pays and pays for the EVP's and VP's and the consultants and the offshore vendors who all have failed.
Red ink just goes on and on.
When will they ever learn?
Sorry for all the hard working associates who gave their hearts and souls for the company whom the family used to say they valued each and every associate.
AK making promises he cannot keep. Blame will be on employees when the off shore teams do not deliver for back to school. It couldn't be that AK is clueless and full of hot air so it must be someone elses fault.

Not to sound to cynical; Promotions for the EVP and their staff members who hired the consultants. That's the scheme. EVP has an idea. Hires consultants to validate the idea and monetize the effects of new workflow, reporting chart, logistics scheme. Consultant is brought on to manage the deal. VP, EVP is given a bonus and a raise.
