I've emailed three separate AP people (store support rep, vendor rep, and vendor rep's supervisor) going back as far as 12/15 about an issue, and not one single one has so much as responded to the email, let alone fixed the issue. Does no one in this office work anymore? Everyone furloughed or laid off?

AP on furlough 50% reduction. How do you survive on that? JM and PA should fight for their team members who work so hard. Why are managers at Follett the worst?
Several smaller Follett vendors have now gone out of business. That's a great way for Follett to get out of paying your bills, starve the small businesses that were your business partners until they die.
Last I heard, AP reps were furloughed periodically, every other week or so. But really, what does it matter? The company won’t pay its bills for months anyway.
