Probably wouldn't worry to much about the CIO. He is making 500k plus bonus, company car, stock options. But more important, he let RM take a dump on him. As Trump says, you got to fight for your team to move forward. Stop the steal!

Nice victim blaming, but, a moment of reflection would have given you an aha moment; is the job bad or is the employee bad? Which makes it the worst job? Seeing as any successor employee would find the job to be awful, it's not the employee. Therefore, it's a bad job. AHA! follett has fostered a terrible working environment. I see, now.

Not to butt in on this lovely conversation. But do you think these folks with the"worst jobs" can lift themselves up and find something better?

Last I checked Follett isn't the only company out there.

Manager as a FT, exempt employee, divide your salary by the number of hours you put and see what your hourly rate looks like. But all the perks!!!

Store manager at Follett has got to be near the top especially if you’ve eliminated most of your core staff and are now responsible for it all.
