Got a new job offer. Slightly less than how much I make at C/S. I feel like taking a pay-cut is and moving onto a stable company is the better choice. Is it worth sticking it out at C/S?

Company has gone down hill so quickly.

No merit raises for salaried but we can afford to pay out 100k severance packages and throw money at execs that don’t even know what the facilities they manage look like.

After almost 18 years with the company (Motorola -> Arris -> CommScope), I've been informed that Friday is my last day. Company wide layoffs have begun.
