No merit raises for salaried but we can afford to pay out 100k severance packages and throw money at execs that don’t even know what the facilities they manage look like.

@5vxd+1mNccnOL I agree with you 100%. He was quick to take credit when the stock price went up shortly after he joined. However, the reality is that he has failed to create shareholders value. His CS Next and General Management strategies are not delivering the y-o-y growth which is required to seriously address the Co current debt burden. It is now up to the BOD to hold him accountable and to review his performance against the KPIs which he was tasked to achieve. He has been pretty successful at dishing out $0 stocks to the leadership teams while ignoring individual contributors who would be happy to receive some of those free stocks in lieu of the merit increase which has now been withdrawn.
After chuck got hired, the company has only gone downhill. He is the one that needs to be replaced as I haven’t seen anything from him yet. Heck even Disney CEO was fired over incompetence.

Some departments namely IT have been understaffed,undervalued and went above and beyond with the recent incident and what do they get? A meagre thanks on townhall and a email yesterday to say..sorry no increase for you.kick in the guts like usual
