Layoffs, merit increases taken away, 401K matching taken away, yet the execs still get their bonuses and waste money traveling around the country even just for a day. Why are the ones actually doing the work getting penalized, and the execs who have run the company into the ground aren’t being held accountable!? I used to love working at CommScope, but not anymore! They used to actually care about the employees but now they just get mad if you ask a legit question. “They” try to blow smoke and think the employees are too stupid to see through it.

Refinancing the debt is the key indicator regarding the company's future. If refinancing is not in place by the end of Q1/24 in opinion, then the next step is chapter 11.
Hence, no leadership by example.
