CiC is running wide open and is still on 4x4 shift, 4 or 5 lines running day and night. No room for finished product but still running like there is no tomorrow. These "managers" don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. Ignorance is Bliss.

25 salaried folks axed in NC on 5/9. Nobody needs a magic 8 ball to see what’s coming. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
They’ll be coming for hourly employees in the next round of layoffs in July. Hourly employee hours have already been cut significantly with zero production being ran on the weekends now.
The writing is on the wall. Gonna be a lot of hourly employees out of a job in NC come July.

I know I’m supposed to think of this as “just business” and I should just move on but my heart is broken over what the leadership team has done to this company. It’s been a long, sad week saying goodbye to friends whom I’ve spent a big part of my life with.

Don't know if ARRIS Tech Support was impacted in this round. If not, anyone left should get out fast. Their jobs are being outsourced quickly.

20% reduction overall. Layoffs have been happening for weeks and will continue until anyone still doing work is gone.

CommScope is worse than any company where I've worked.

I was told I’m safe too... But my boss doesn’t make that decision. He’s probably only saying that because he doesn’t want me to leave him alone with all the work. It’s only him and I left on our team.

Any news? 🙏🏼 for all those impacted. My manager said I survived and now it’s just me reporting to him and he does no work…

No one is left in the team except the manager ..not sure what the manager is going to accomplish without a team

there are numerous mid level managers and directors in every group doing little to nothing.
Many of them have one or no direct reports. Most of them are there just because from what I heard is that it is very hard (and a lot of paperwork) to layoff a manager vs an individual contributor in this stupid company!

There are still managers left in HN that are collecting FAT paycheks. I'll believe it when I see it.

"One more lever to pull" Why is it that said lever always has a guillotine connected to it? Eventually the c-suite will run out of rank and file heads to cut off in order to make EBITDA targets.

Chuck said in the Q&A on the earnings call that there is one more lever they're planning to pull very shortly, in anticipation of demand that won't bounce back.

Per Kyle on the earnings call: “there are still levers to pull on costs.”
