Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

Where did our COVID HERO BONUS go?!?!?

Hope you guys realize how horrible Commscope is …

  1. No increase of pay for years increase lines speed which makes you work harder for less money
  2. bring in new people off the street and get rewarded more then the persons that’s been here 25 years
  3. when you are 75 and can finally retire they awarded you with soda and cookies so when you make it home you can die from a diabetes stroke
  4. inflation went up 12% your raise was 4% (can’t make this up)
  5. In conclusion Commscope employees got duped

If you are reading this I hope you keep your job at Commscope but remember you are just a number to them .
Work the bare minimum and take all your vacation days and DO NOT LET THEM OVERWORK YOU !!!!!!! DO NOT BE D-MB LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN!!!!

But did you notice that after a certain group of people were hired the night shift went from .50 shift premium to $1.50?

The company had the nerve to hand out a covid goodie bag, with sanitizer, face masks, and a roll of paper towels. No covid raise. All the while, other companies gave covid raises to their employees.
