No, Ruckus's business is so good, no reason and actually no plan to reduce headcount, the entire Commscope will rebranding as Ruckus Networks, it has already started crazy hiring..it is so great！
Ruckus management has gone from bad to worse with the recent restructuring. New team will soon drive Ruckus into the ground. Mark my words.
How do you know more layoffs are coming? The efforts towards restructuring the management team has already happened. Anymore layoffs will just sc--w over Ruckus.

BG out, no surprise there. CommScope never had a clue what to do w Ruckus and ARRIS’ “vaunted” procurement and their inability to negotiate with semi-conductor manufacturers.
