Many gone in North Carolina yesterday and today, with more to come. Talk of large-scale layoff of manufacturing workers the second week of July.

Yes and no. It depends on where you’re at. Some employees has it worst than others. Workload varies by departments, teams and how it gets distributed. If you’re miserable, sticking around for the severance package is not worth it. You can easily apply for another company and negotiate a higher salary. So question is do you stay at a sh-t company and let them work you like a dog or move onto bigger and better things.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Question. Is there anyone left to care? Honestly it's probably best to be let go and get a severance than to wait until they go bankrupt.

Many in CCS were impacted by today's cuts. I'm not sure who is left. I think there is just a skeleton crew. I don't think Commscope will be around much longer.
