Is there any way to know how many people we have lost at Commscope in the last 12 months? I’m referring both to layoffs and people quitting. Our team has lost people in both ways, and the management is not replacing any of them. I’m very worried about the future.

Are the folk your team lost being replaced in a cheaper location?
Not my team, but I'm guessing others are being offshored from the US. Half my team is gone and I'm guessing related product work on other teams will follow soon enough. I do not see how this company can survive much longer.
