You are being or about to be, replaced for less competent but much cheaper labor.
Take a moment to look around, the jobs are not gone... Someone else is doing them from afar. For cheap. Unfortunately paying a very high price when it comes to quality.
At the end of the day, you are working harder because afar labour... Doesn't cut it!
