North Carolina: as usual, layoffs and firings are going from the top down, beginning with salaried people on 5/9 and ongoing (heard 25 so far), and supposedly 7/10/23 for hourly people

What do you mean now pay increase’s? We just got a 4% pay increase for everyone an increase for night shift.
Manufacturing hourly employees who have only been at Commscope for a few years need to be putting in applications for other jobs NOW. Commscope has already cut weekly work hours and will lay hourly employees off the second week of July. The maximum unemployment payment in NC is $350 for anyone. That's one day's pay a week. No one can live on that.
Employees need to stand their ground and just quit Commscope they treat their employees like slaves no raise in wages in decades
These layoffs will be a blessing to many
Commscope does not deserve these employees
