The same one that had multiple HR visits due to employee complaints. So much so, that it was almost a weekly occurrence.
The same one that hides in the office, instead of taking stock of production schedules and supplies on the floor. You know, so you can manage your employees needs.
The same one that, during a newly revised and reduced work schedule, couldn't even manage to divide their workforce properly to the point that they're shorthanded part of the week.
