I am not looking forward to the downward trajectory of this company, but it will be interesting to watch from a distance how all this will look in a few years.
How is this a good business strategy?
Constantly getting rid of the little people with pay that is laughable compared to the C-suite but always keeping that level intact when one of their pay could cover in some cases pays of hundreds of employees. This isn't a new thing, either. This... — read more

TK announced that he expects remaining personnel changes to start in December. I assume that excludes whatever is happening in the UK at the moment.
The majority intended to leave anyway
I hope that everyone affected will get better jobs soon. My question is how much longer were you planning to stay here if you hadn't gotten notice in the meantime? Somehow I think that many who were impacted certainly did not intend to be here... — read more
Instead of stress, a relief!
I thought that I would never say this and that I would be very worried if I was laid off, but now I actually only feel a great relief.
Why cut the best?
These people will surely find a job very quickly in a better company because they have a great skillset, but I still don't understand why Citrix cuts the best and leaves the worst here. It's a very stupid strategy.
What happens with Wrike?

I'm surprised there's still severance
