Constantly getting rid of the little people with pay that is laughable compared to the C-suite but always keeping that level intact when one of their pay could cover in some cases pays of hundreds of employees. This isn't a new thing, either. This has been going on long before the latest acquisition. How is this considered to be a winning business strategy?
