Some respect for those of us in India please, we are being impacted also. Best to all. That said, hear examples warranting change - we have a pre-sales director in APJ with a team of one who needs to catch a plane to get anywhere close to the closest customer. Not sure how we got here. Ba-bye
Multiple departments were hit. Marketing, HR, Support... Not really sure if there were others, but I'm just happy I get to leave with some severance...
I hear the plan is to get 80% of the employees from offshores (at least in IT, not sure if that is a goal across the board)
Majority of jobs in US will be moving to Benguluru and Pune over the next 6 months.
