I am on the 1st Sub Plan Review meeting. People are mad that they have to apply for unemployment. They are upset that they believe they were getting Severance Pay only to realize that it’s only supplement pay.

Looks like a great idea, but then the gotcha, if you get an offer and don't accept you loose severance? What if you don't think you will be able to do the job (succeed) this program is awesome, until it isn't. Am I looking at this wrong?

I got Riffed on 9/21. I have a few days of vacation and some sick/short term leave days. I will be taking 3 days off per week until my final day. Will not be giving away my time.
