I requested paper/mail and got mine this week.
W2’s were available electronically last week, so I suspect the paper ones will be postmarked by 1/31

I also haven’t received my W2...RIF date was 03/30/2023. I know they technically have until the end of January to get the W2's into our hands, but who here trusts that this will happen? NOT I !
