Any AIP/merit rumors out there?

I’ve experienced Happy Meal years ( it was like $200), and Lobster and Steak years that left with Chuck Slater. The bottom line is we have no control over any of this. They give us what they want to give us.
I am hoping that I get some sort of bonus to mentally make up for the ZERO retirement gift effort from my department after 38 yrs of service. It seems like there is a stigma when your part of a RIF.

I was RIFd in October and AIP was one of the things I asked HR about. I was told that as long as you worked through Q3, you were eligible for a pro-rated bonus. So I SHOULD get something, but I assume it will be 75% of the lowest possible amount they can give. They keep reporting good numbers, but I'm not holding my breath on this one.
I was RIF'd in October.. very curious to see if they will hold to their word that I'm still eligible for AIP in March. Very difficult to get through to anyone at Elevance for answers.
That's not true about scorecards. In the town hall last week they addressed the performance for some of the key performance indicators.

Company did away with scorecards a couple years ago. That is why quarterly score estimates are no longer published by HR. All groups that are AIP receive the same base.
How can you say 95% when each line of business has their own AIP scorecard? I guarantee Commercial is much different than Government Business.
95%.
Manager can add a couple $K if it is available in their funding pool.
Profits for the few at the expense of the many. When exploiting healthcare stops being profitable they will exploite something else. I wonder when they stopped being human.
These days, all they do is penny pinch the foot soldiers to line up the ELT wallets, lay off employees quietly and save up money for large acquisitions.
Yep we used to get quarterly bonus updates so we knew roughly what our bonus would be.
I've read on this site that bonus will pay less than 100% in some areas. Has anyone heard anything?
Remember back 4 (+-) years or so when Anthem was pro-active on what AIP Percentages were. They showed you the percentage of target on the goals, they did a good job keeping us informed. Forward to now and there is zippo transparency, it's a secret.
That alone tells me a lot about the way this company has changed over the years.
Sad.
