Anyone who was unfortunately RIF'd in 2023, have you heard from your previous manager or anyone at ELV regarding your AIP that is supposed to be paid out on 3/15?

I got 95% after RIF. I used to get 110 -120% from last 5 years. Plus my eligible income is also less. Which doesn’t make sense. Anyway I moved on, so not worrying about it. But glad that RIFs revealed company’s real face.
I emailed my previous manager and she responded quickly actually, got one of my largest bonuses! Was very surprised

how was it? I am trying to not get my hopes up
My AIP posted today. 10/20 RIF
If you email HR, they will tell you to contact your previous manager. If you call them and explain that your manager is MIA, they will advise you on the amount of your AIP. I was RIFd last year and received 100% of my AIP, which I learned from calling HR.
Managers are not expected or required to communicate information the affected associates. If you want/need the details of your deposit, you need to call the HR service center. Payment will be made to your payroll account on file when you departed. This Friday is when AIP will pay out. You can review that information in your exit package.
RIF'ed 10/20 as well. I heard nothing so far. I'm not expecting a bonus.
Nope, and I even sent my manager and his manager an email asking and never got a response following up again today . I asked a colleague if she has received it and she no.
heard nothing - yet seeing that other departments have received thiers, I guess we wait to see if there is any sort of deposit this week
