I swear to God Anthem has a system issue and/or denies claims to make $$$. If even 2% of claims are never paid that's serious cash. I hate this fu--ing company.

Claims is broken.. beyond all repair….and we are losing accounts and provider’s because of it….
I know someone whose 911 ambulance ride was denied due to lack of a prior auth.
What a joke.
The vast majority of claims are auto adjudicated and never get into the hands of a claims processor to review. I’m sure there is some fu-kery going on within that auto adjudication process.
