UHG has turned into a joke

As one layoff round is done, the next one is in the planning. There is never a break or reprieve. Working under these conditions has become unbearable. I've come to hate my job.

I’ve been on a final cap and they keep pushing it longer—it feels like they will never terminate me but my mental health is deteriorating and I can’t flat out quit. Will they ever fire me from this cap?
