Does anyone know what this means for employees/ internal Suppliers/ vendors of the MN health plan long term? I have heard from leaders that UHC plans to fight this with the state. But, I cant just sit back on a sinking ship and blindly hope that anything will change and jobs won’t be cut by 1/1/25. What are others hearing?
There is nothing we can do to stop state legislature. Letters will be going out to all members from the state and UHC will not be an option for 2025. If your work is 100 %with MN community plan. Start job hunting.
All I know is that in my dept, the state has not been very happy with the lack luster results we have produced in MN thus far. At no fault of our own (short staffed, poor resources, etc).
If something doesn’t change, the C&S business will shutter. Not sure what they’re doing to try to find a loophole but, if it isn’t found, there’s no Plan.
