Heard the same about the 18th. Best of luck, it's supposed to be significant.
Where is the July 18th date coming from? Are you in HR or have some other insider knowledge? RIFs usually happen on off-cycle payroll weeks.

Lots of layoffs today under Amy Grants organization. We lost high performers in E&I. No sense to it at all
