Yes they wait until your seniority is high and then cut you so they can replace you with overseas workers and an employees who come in with salaries at a minimum It is awful I was there almost 20 years without a day of missed employment high reviews and They don’t help you get another job either and the management was terrible

True! 25 years and exceed rexpectaions ranking and always hit goals and I was out the door. Just because I made too much.
There is a lot of uneasiness going around. You are not alone. Everyday feels like it might be the end.
YOU must still have a job there! If you do, you’re next! It is more, more and more gross adds from the higher ups with no foundation to support it. They fired people who had been there from 20years to 3years. As per legal guidelines they provided a list of positions, tenure and age to those of us whom were let go. It’s not pretty, while the upper echelon keeps making millions while making huge mistakes. Who pays the wrong hacker for the Change data breach and still run the company!
Wow how could you be so clueless after 20 years. Not missing a day look what that got you. High ratings a useless metric. It is and always will be an ego massage exercise. Who you know not what you know. The only metric that matters is how much you cost. Sounds like you warmed a chair for 20 years not reading the room and having a plan B.
