Terrible culture

Culture is only words they put on walls and emails. Not a lived culture. Layoffs here are a real thing and constant. Senior leadership believes it’s something that has to be done all the time. Forget early out options, or early retirements it’s all about hacking those that have committed and work hard to say you did something as a leader. The real cost control at this company would be to cut off the bourbon pours and all the Rediculous elaborate events for people. I’ve seen so much waste first hand at this company paying for alcohol, limos, ritz etc to very high levels that would blow your mind. The executives care more about their party and status than their livelihood of the workers and insured they are supposed to be keeping costs down for.

For sure! Splitting credit cards for internals, adding brokers that weren’t there etc. The waste and leadership club is sick here. I would love to expose this!

Corporate expense write off on golf events, dinner etc. part of “doing the business”. This is why the talented and not a “YES” will never moved up.

This is so true! I have seen other execs spend $500+ on bourbon just for themselves. Internal dinners and bar tabs in the tens of thousands. External way higher. E&I has turned into a guys club.
