Optum just had massive layoffs, and will continue to have over time in the near future. Who’s going to be affected by August RIFs? Which is the target number of headcount reduction? If anybody knows any confirmed info or details, pls let the rest of us know. Majority of us fear for our jobs, because the job market and the economic news have not been great recently.

It will be a cold day in h*ll when there is anything resembling real updates regarding RIFs in a town hall…
There is an Optum at Home town hall today and then another on 8/27. It feels like there will be more RIFS between now and then.
