Heard this week about layoffs that happened a few days ago in C&S. This person was not the nicest but got caught up in major politics, but would never wish this BS for anyone. Here's the messed up part. She started applying for anything and everything just to stay employed by a disaster company. Then "a friend" told her to withdraw all applications so she can collect her severence! In other words...nope leave and don't come back!! Listen, I quit well before all this crazy started and am doing better both financially, mentally, and physically. UHC, UHG, and Optum are dumpster fires....get out and don't look back! Everyone that has left is paid more...loves thier new job, and is respected for thier talents.

I was laid off from UHC and now work at Humana. You’re probably not going to find a better paying job unless you have some skills and degrees (IT, Accounting, PM) that you have been sitting on. I make the same salary with a similar position but have alot of healthcare experience and am a good looking person who can communicate effectively.
Where are these jobs that pay better? Please throw a dog a bone. Where should I start looking for a job that pays in the mid 100’s
