There’s another layoff today in Medicare. I’ve seen so many layoffs in the Medicare team in the last year. Some of these are high performers who worked hard to make good changes going on there and end up getting laid off to meet quarterly earnings. It’s disheartening seeing your good colleagues go while bad ones stay. They should better manage their finances so they don’t use staff to balance their sheets. Very poor leadership and culture with very little interest in fixing it.
