MN law requires employers to notify the state department whenever a layoff >50 employees occurs for company with over 100 employees. Turns out, Seagate never sent notification to the appropriate labor department in MN. Woops

Any thoughts, how likely is that to happen? I am of the opinion that it will not come to that, even though I have several colleagues who are seriously considering what to do in the event of such a scenario.
