Seagate has one of the best lawyers in the world to defend against lawsuits....so no worry..
if courts do not dismiss these lawsuits, settlement negotiations shall commence
Well not to "meh" but there will be more. It's pointless (and depressing to employees) to keep posting the daily lawyer grubbing filing. At some point they will be consolidated and the company will settle. I still think there are no grounds as the stock pretty much tracked WD and the DOW during this period (so where was there damage?) but lawyers be lawyers.
