The General personifies all things wrong with the US of A, and now we know why.
The OKR is laughable, because there is no way for me to achieve the key objective, screwing employees and giving shareholders big sloppy kisses.
Did The General resurrect the 1970’s OKR garbage? Seems like a very copy and paste thing that The General would do. Probably came up with this while Jet Setting from Coast to Coast.
