The $100k people pay the price for the stupidity, thick headed-ness and arrogance of the leadership (at least in my days and bases on the company executive list, some of them are still there)

Your mistake is thinking anyone cares to admit that they care.
I’ve heard this many times from people I know who are now at other companies. They say it’s less toxic and they are happier with less drama. Some of them get better pay and tell me they feel respect they never felt at Mattel.
Over 10 years and still butthurt. Mattels renting space in your head for free.
