If I remember, 2015 RIF was on a THURSDAY. Contractors were let go today, THURSDAY. Safe to assume the RIF will be on a THURSDAY in mid to late Oct. Anyone know the exact day?

We've been through two RIFs this year. Each time the same stupid xxxxx, but no warning, just condescending, trite words of "encouragement" from our fearless leader. It's patronizing and insulting.

Contractors have began to be let go. I heard that since security messed up and disabled badges a day ahead of time, the contractors found out when coming to work and they couldn't get into the gate.

So I perform poorly, I get laid off. Mgmt performs poorly, I get laid off. Mgmt performs well, I get laid off. I perform well, I get laid off. Anyhow, all roads lead to layoffs. Resistance is futile.

The sudden announcement was a knee jerk reaction, because somebody slipped and let an email loose. VPs had to scramble to cover the situation. And appear transparent.
