Lets be fair here, yes, GAC doesn't cares about their employees, yes, they put profit above everything. But those manages, directors and vp and svp positions getting bonuses are just like hourly employees getting overtime pay. And those position are full of pressure from customers, parent company GD and their share holders. And they earn it by going to school for many many years. Yes, some got lucky by rubbing elbow and hanging out with the white bosses, yes, buddy system is deep in GAC culture. But They do work hard, just not physical kind of work, more of decision making and mentally drain type of work, which most people will never understand. Just like the reason CEO got paid so much.

Just wish GAC has a better control on their sales and profit projection, doing a massive hiring following by a massive layoff is ruin and messing up so many life. 15, 25, 30 years of services or working for GAC doesn't mean anything to the company or the management., They treat employees like dirt when they are done with them, is sad to be treated that way after a company has been a big part of your like for so many years.

These guys are getting bonuses for nothing. But hard working employees are getting layed off. Employees that dont receive big fat bonuses just trying to support their families. That is culture at Gulfstream leadership.
