We've been through two RIFs this year. Each time the same stupid xxxxx, but no warning, just condescending, trite words of "encouragement" from our fearless leader. It's patronizing and insulting.

They made a company wide announcement just two weeks ago to directs. Surprised it didn't filter to contractors who ALWAYS get hit first.
