Hiring freeze has historically meant layoffs are imminent.
My husband interviewed for a job in August and was told a couple of days later that there was a temporary hiring freeze even though a requisition was put through to hire him. Does anyone on here know anything about this hiring freeze? Does this happen often in Savannah, GA?
About 200 engineering contractors have been laid off in the past 2 weeks.
Bad move by leardship and works are paying the price.. Sad but no VP or Leadership member will get layoff.. Just sad
