When the layoff was rolled out to the organization that I am in it was stated that there isn't a percentage of heads that are going to be let go but it is going to be driven by a dollar amount.
I heard the 20% too... Which area at you working at ? Production, Product support, engineering?...
Whatever the head counts now will be 20% less by end of this year, useless managers and VPs will be exempted from the layoffs.
