Seeing a 900 Millions allocated to severance package and stuff .. if you divide that by 175k that's average annual employee salary gives you ~5200.. I would could it somewhere 7000. That's the layoff # I am guessing. That's what ~ 15%.

This is my 1st reorg. If you are getting cut, how long after the reorg does this happen?

By all accounts DJT has said he wants tariffs permanently in order to bring in money that way. What's the impact on the economy and Chevron in particular? Any impact or expansion of the layoffs for us?

Mgmt loves to say the building is empty but the only emptiness I see is the dozens and dozens of empty reserved spots…..leadership is the problem.

If you are 58-60 or above, would it be better to EOI than getting fired without a package later in year when that role moves to Engine ?

Did anyone notice the $715MM severance charge they took in the 4th quarter? Is this a move to lessen all the upcoming EOI’s or have they already paid this to the lucky execs that have been shown the door? Way to continue to cut cost EB

So it's official, they've cut the Perth office down from free Fruit twice a week to only once a week. That's it I'm quitting and going to Woodside. They may never have had free Fruit to begin with, but at least they never had it taken away.
