I have been cut three times. I would love to take a retirement package to get out. I’m in the union and we cannot take the salary package, from what I’m told. The union buyout program is not very good.

Unions can be a wonderful tool.
My husband is in one in the electrical transmission sector and they have had great raises year over year, have great benefits, pension etc.
No EOI for union members. Posting on this site won’t help lol.
Sounds like you need a better union or go on strike
Unions are so unnecessary since the 1940s. Especially government unions. NLRB should be overhauled and dismantled.
