I have 6 weeks of vacation. Anyone knows what happens to it if I don’t take and/or if I take all of it now before I EOI?

When the accrual vacation started, if you took all the vacation you should earn for that year at the beginning of the year and quit or were terminated prior to the end of the year, you did NOT need to pay it back. Not sure if that changed since its implementation.
definitely do NOT take any vacation this year or next as you will miss the payout if you get sacked.
You only get that which is accrued. This severance stuff is one reason they went to an accrual system.
If the vacation has already accrued, you get it paid out. If it hasn’t accrued, you don’t get it paid out. Look in Workday under absences to see what your accrued amount is. You can also enter a future date in the calendar to see what the accrued amount will be as of that date.
The FAQs covered a bunch of stupid questions that I don’t think are actually FAQs at all, they’re just the townhall talking points about why we’re going through this.
Read the faqs on the site linked in mikes email yesterday. This point is covered.
encash pls
Didn’t they change it so you technically have to earn it each year? I’m wondering if u take it all at once would they make you pay it back?
Hopefully it gets paid out. We still get our pension if it’s vested right?
