We are the core of Boeing and happy that management values us, thats why we got 38% raise. The extra baggage needs to be gone as they are taking away profit for Boeing. We need more IAM workers to replace them.

Contractor VS Supplier loophole
Typically the "contractors" are first to go during layoffs but apparently leadership figured a loophole. By retitling the "contractors" to "suppliers" the "suppliers" may be exempt from the layoffs.
